Paraiso Bay Master Achieves Record Quality Assurance Score

Paraiso Bay Master is proud to announce the results of its 2026 Quality Assurance Inspection conducted by FirstService Residential, and the outcome represents a significant milestone for our community.

Following the comprehensive annual review, the property achieved an overall score of 4.9 out of 5, along with a safety score of 4.95 out of 5, the highest results recorded since the property began participating in the FirstService Residential Quality Assurance program.

These exceptional scores reflect the dedication, collaboration, and daily efforts of the teams responsible for maintaining our property at the highest standard.

What the Quality Assurance Inspection Measures

The FirstService Residential Quality Assurance program is designed to ensure that communities are maintained according to rigorous operational, safety, and maintenance standards.

The inspection evaluates more than 200 individual criteria across the property, including:

• Building systems and infrastructure

• Life safety systems and compliance

• Property cleanliness and organization

• Maintenance standards and preventative care

• Operational procedures and documentation

• Overall presentation and condition of the property

Each inspection point is evaluated on a Good, Fair, or Poor classification, which is then converted into a score on a 5-point scale, where a 5.0 represents a building in near-perfect condition inside and out.

During this year’s inspection:

• 301 total items were reviewed

• 290 items received a “Good” classification

• 11 items received a “Fair” classification

• 0 items received a “Poor” classification

For safety specifically:

• 56 safety-related items were reviewed

• 55 items received a “Good” classification

• 1 item received a “Fair” classification

• 0 items received a “Poor” classification

These results produced a 98.17% overall performance score and a 99.11% safety performance score, placing the Paraiso Bay Master Association among the highest-performing properties evaluated through the program.
