A New Chapter for the Paraiso Bay Master Association

The Paraiso Bay Master Association is proud to announce the appointment of Dania Serrano as its new General Manager. Dania’s promotion represents not only a well-earned professional achievement but also the continuation of a remarkable journey that began right here in the Paraiso community.

Dania joined Paraiso Bay Condominium in 2020 as a Front Desk Agent, where her dedication to resident service and operational excellence quickly became evident. Through hard work, professionalism, and a passion for continuous improvement, she advanced through several administrative roles, gaining valuable experience in nearly every aspect of community management.

In 2024, Dania was appointed General Manager of Paraiso Bay Condominium, where she successfully led several important initiatives. During her tenure, she helped guide the community through the successful resolution of the 558 claim, oversaw major projects including the BayHomes façade restoration, and contributed to improving the building’s Google rating to 4.2 stars, reflecting the team’s commitment to delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Today, Dania steps into her new role as General Manager of the Master Association, bringing with her a unique understanding of the Paraiso community, strong operational expertise, and a proven ability to lead complex projects while maintaining a resident-first approach. Her familiarity with the property and dedication to service position her well to continue enhancing the quality of life across all Paraiso communities.
