Around Gran Paraiso: New Leadership, Team Celebrations & a Little Friendly Competition

September brings plenty of activity to Gran Paraiso, from welcoming new members of our management team and recognizing the people who care for our community every day to continued investments in the property. And, because September apparently needed a little more excitement, Gran Paraiso is once again in the running for Miami-Dade’s favorite condo.

Welcoming Our New Management Team

A new chapter begins at Gran Paraiso as we welcome our new Manager and Assistant Manager to the community. Residents will have an opportunity to learn more about both of them through our introductory communication, but we also believe there is no substitute for meeting face-to-face.

A Meet the Management Team soirée is currently being planned, giving residents an opportunity to mingle with our new leadership and the rest of the Gran Paraiso team in a relaxed setting. Keep an eye on your communications for the official save-the-date and event details coming soon.

Celebrating the Team Behind the Details

September gives us an especially fitting opportunity to recognize the people whose work can be seen throughout Gran Paraiso every single day. In celebration of International Housekeeping Week, September 13–19, 2026, we are proud to recognize Eliberto, Yamiri, Jose Manuel, Yarenis and Richard, our Gran Paraiso Housekeeping Team.

Their dedication, attention to detail and commitment to our residents help keep Gran Paraiso looking and feeling its very best. Much of their work happens quietly behind the scenes, but its impact is visible everywhere—from the common areas we walk through each morning to the spaces residents and guests enjoy throughout the day. This month, the celebration is a double one. Their outstanding work has also earned the entire Housekeeping Department the well-deserved honor of September Team of the Month. Please join us during International Housekeeping Week in saying hello, offering a thank you and celebrating a team that does so much for Gran Paraiso each and every day.

Continuing to Invest in Security

Improvements around the property continue as well. The catwalk camera installation is scheduled for completion by September 4, adding another component to the systems used to monitor and help maintain the security of our shared spaces.

Not every property enhancement is immediately visible, but investments in security, infrastructure and technology are an important part of caring for a community of Gran Paraiso’s scale and preparing it for the busy season ahead.

September Birthdays

We also have several members of our team to celebrate this month. Christhian Arteaga celebrates his birthday on September 1, followed by Dreano Bodie on September 9 and Katie Roman on September 29.

Gran Paraiso Is in the Running—Again!

For the third consecutive year, Gran Paraiso has been nominated for Miami-Dade’s favorite condo, and we would love to see our residents rally behind the building once again.

Voting can be done daily, so every vote counts as we make our way toward the results, which will be announced in early December.

And yes, we know our neighbors at Paraiso Bay are nominated too. We love them. We share a beautiful community with them. We wish them nothing but the best. But this is a vote. 😉 So consider this your friendly reminder to show Gran Paraiso a little love and vote daily.

Between new leadership, well-deserved recognition for our Housekeeping Team, continued property improvements and opportunities to bring residents and management together, September is another busy month at Gran Paraiso—and another reminder that what makes a great building is not simply where we live, but the people who care for it and the community we create together.
