Around Paraiso Bay: New Spaces, Familiar Faces & a Few Friendly Reminders

There is always something happening around Paraiso Bay, and this month brought a nice mix of property improvements, opportunities for residents, and a chance to spend some time together as a community.

One of the most visible updates is the completion of the valet office renovation. As one of the areas residents and guests interact with every day, refreshing the space was an important part of continuing to improve the arrival experience at Paraiso Bay. The project is now complete and the renovated office is officially in use.

Some of the best community building happens over a cup of coffee. This month’s Meet Your Manager Lunch gave residents an opportunity to spend time with Laura Garcia and the Paraiso Bay management team in a relaxed setting.

With an espresso bar, pastries, and plenty of conversation, residents were able to mingle with the people who help keep Paraiso Bay running every day, ask questions, and simply get to know one another a little better. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the gathering such a success.

A Few Storage Cages Are Still Available

For residents looking for a little more room, a limited number of storage cages remain available. With only a few left, interested residents are encouraged to contact the management office for additional information and availability.

A Friendly Trash Chute Reminder

Keeping our building running smoothly also depends on a little cooperation from everyone. Please remember that large or bulky items should never be placed in or forced through the trash chute. Oversized items can cause blockages and damage to the system, creating an unnecessary inconvenience for the entire building. When in doubt about how to dispose of something, please contact the management team for guidance.
