Building Progress: Improvements Around Paraiso Bay
Keeping Paraiso Bay looking and performing at its best is an ongoing process. Some projects completely transform a space, while others allow us to test new solutions that could improve the property over the long term. This month, we’re highlighting two projects that reflect both sides of that work: the renovation of our Valet Office and an important test underway on the 52nd-floor catwalk.
A New Look for the Valet Office
Our Valet Office has undergone an in-house renovation, giving this high-traffic area a much-needed refresh.
As one of the spaces residents, guests and our team interact with regularly, we wanted the Valet Office to feel cleaner, more polished and more representative of the overall Paraiso Bay experience. The renovation was completed by our team and is a great example of how thoughtful improvements can make a noticeable difference in the everyday spaces throughout our property.
We’ve documented the process along the way, so take a look at the before, progress and completed photos to see the transformation.
Testing a New Solution on the 52nd Floor
Not every improvement begins with a property-wide project. Sometimes, the best approach is to test a potential solution first.
The 52nd-floor catwalk is currently serving as a test area for a new waterproofing and flooring solution designed to help reduce or eliminate water accumulation on the catwalks.
By testing the system in one designated area, our team can monitor how the material performs and evaluate its effectiveness before considering similar work on the remaining catwalks throughout the building.
This approach allows us to make informed decisions based on the actual performance of the solution at our property.
Always Looking Ahead
Both projects are part of the ongoing work that happens throughout Paraiso Bay to maintain and improve our community. From refreshing the spaces residents interact with every day to testing solutions for longer-term building needs, our goal is to continue identifying opportunities to care for and enhance the property.
We’ll continue to keep residents updated as these projects progress and as new improvements get underway.
