Employees of the Month: The People Who Keep Paraiso Running

Have you ever stopped to think about what it takes to keep a community as large and sophisticated as Paraiso running every single day?

Behind the beautiful towers, sparkling amenities, pristine common areas, and smooth day-to-day operations is an incredible team working tirelessly—often behind the scenes—to solve problems before most of us even notice them.

This month, we are proud to recognize two outstanding teams whose dedication makes all the difference.

Paraiso Bay: The Maintenance Team

Our Paraiso Bay Employees of the Month are the entire Maintenance Team: Carlos Chavez, Osbel Gutierrez, Agustin Cedre, and Emilio Llanes.

Maintaining a luxury property isn’t simply about fixing things when they break. It’s about preventing problems before they happen. It’s inspecting elevators to ensure they’re operating safely. It’s staying on top of building code compliance. It’s repainting, repairing rust, refurbishing equipment, maintaining mechanical systems, and making sure every amenity is ready for residents to enjoy.

And then there are the unexpected surprises.

Residents sometimes send everything imaginable down the trash chute—including metal poles, large objects, and even electric bicycle batteries that were never meant to be disposed of that way. Those situations don’t solve themselves. Our maintenance team responds quickly, safely clears the obstructions, repairs any damage, and gets everything back in working order.

Without this team, our building simply wouldn’t function the way it does today.

Every day they quietly solve hundreds of challenges that most residents will never see.

And here’s a fun fact: Emilio Llanes is also a DJ. He could easily be spending every day behind the turntables. Instead, he chooses to show up each morning, put on his work uniform, and help keep our community running. That says a lot about the kind of people we have on this team.

Their work may often happen behind closed doors, but its impact is visible everywhere.

Paraiso Master: Raising the Standard

At the Master Association, we are equally proud to recognize Dania Serrano and Jennifer Dieguez as Employees of the Month. In just one month, Dania has already made a remarkable impact on operations, bringing renewed focus, organization, and accountability to the Master Association. Together with Jennifer, they have embraced every challenge with determination and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Their mission is simple: never stop until our services, amenities, and facilities reflect the level of excellence our residents deserve. They are building momentum every day, and the positive changes are already being felt throughout the community.
