Summer is in full swing, and Gran Paraiso has another exciting month ahead filled with opportunities to connect, celebrate, and create lasting memories with your neighbors.
We are excited to invite all residents to our 4th of July Social on Thursday, July 2nd, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Gran Paraiso Lobby. Join your neighbors and the management team as we kick off the Independence Day holiday with goodie bags, finger foods, refreshing lemonade, and a welcoming atmosphere designed to bring our community together. Whether you’re catching up with friends or meeting new neighbors, we look forward to celebrating with you. Happy Fourth of July!
As we prepare for another wonderful gathering, we’d also like to look back on our Father’s Day Lobby Event, which was a tremendous success. This year’s FIFA World Cup themed celebration brought residents together for an afternoon filled with community spirit, friendly competition, and appreciation for the fathers and father figures who make our community stronger. Guests enjoyed festive décor, great conversations, and exciting raffle prizes, including a bottle of Glenlivet and a complimentary shave service courtesy of Mr. Wahl. Finally, we are proud to recognize Dreano Bodie, Operations Manager, as our Employee of the Month. Dreano is an invaluable member of the Gran Paraiso team whose professionalism, reliability, and positive attitude are evident in everything he does. Whether assisting residents, supporting building operations, or coordinating behind the scenes, he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our community operates at its very best.
