February Community Highlights

February at Paraiso Bay felt like the perfect blend of restoration, refinement, and reinvention.
There’s something beautiful about watching a community evolve, not in dramatic leaps, but in thoughtful details. This month was about exactly that: elevating the everyday.
Restoring the Spaces We Love
Our spa received additional maintenance this month, ensuring that what is meant to be a sanctuary continues to feel like one. A quiet retreat should feel effortless — warm, serene, and perfectly maintained — and that is exactly what we aimed to preserve.
Outside, the rhythm of water has returned.
The pool deck fountain has been repaired, and the gym fountain has been fully restored. There is something undeniably calming about the sound of water flowing, a subtle reminder that wellness here is not an afterthought, it is a lifestyle.
Both fountains are now fully functional, bringing movement, sound, and life back to these spaces.
Our Golf Simulator has officially reopened, and it’s better than ever. Following recent renovations, the space now features a newly installed mesh enclosure designed to protect and preserve the surrounding area while maintaining a clean, polished look. The hitting zone has also been upgraded with a more level, seamless playing surface, creating a smoother, more realistic experience with every swing. Whether you’re refining your drive or enjoying a friendly round with neighbors, the refreshed simulator offers a sharper, more elevated way to play.

The Biggest Highlight: The Business Café Has Arrived
And now… the most exciting addition of the month.
The new Business Café is officially open on the 5th floor of Paraiso Bay, tucked just behind the Business Lounge.
This isn’t just another amenity. It’s a quiet morning ritual, it’s productivity with espresso, it’s the freedom to work close to home without sacrificing focus.
Whether you are logging into your first meeting of the day, printing important documents, or simply stepping away from your unit for a change of scenery, the Business Café was designed to support modern work-from-home living.
Residents can now enjoy:
Fresh coffee
Printing services
Photocopying capabilities
A dedicated space to work and create
It’s a small addition with a big impact, one that reflects how Paraiso Bay continues to evolve with the needs of its community.
Because this is a shared space, we ask that everyone help us preserve the atmosphere:
The door must remain open at all times.
Headphones are required for phone calls and virtual meetings.
Please be mindful of others working around you.
The Business Café is designed to feel calm, collaborative, and comfortable for all.
