Paraiso Bay: April Improvements Update

At Paraiso Bay, continuous improvements are always underway to ensure the property remains safe, functional, and aligned with the high standards of our community. We’re pleased to share several key updates recently completed and currently in progress.

The parapet wall on the roof has been successfully completed. A parapet is the protective wall that extends above the edge of the roof, and it plays an important role in safety, drainage, and shielding the building from wind and water intrusion. Proper maintenance and reinforcement of this structure helps protect the building envelope, prevent leaks, and support long-term structural integrity, especially in a coastal environment like ours.

In addition, the replacement of sprinklers in front of the Bayhomes has been finalized. These systems are essential not only for maintaining healthy, vibrant landscaping but also for supporting upcoming landscaping improvements by ensuring proper irrigation and water efficiency. Ongoing electrical work is also taking place around the Bayhomes to further enhance infrastructure and reliability in the area.

Looking ahead, the Association is preparing 15 storage units for sale, which will be conveniently located on the ground floor. Residents interested in purchasing a unit are encouraged to contact the Management Office for pricing and additional details.

These upgrades reflect our ongoing commitment to maintaining and enhancing the Paraiso Bay living experience.
