Poolside at Paraiso: A Shared Experience

Our pool amenities are designed to be places where residents and their guests can slow down, enjoy the Miami sunshine and spend time together in a peaceful, beautifully maintained setting. Preserving that experience takes a little consideration from everyone who shares the space.
Our Amenities Team works throughout the day to keep these areas comfortable, organized and welcoming, while providing the attentive service residents expect at Paraiso. Residents and guests can help by keeping a few important pool and deck guidelines in mind.

Enjoying the Pool
Pool toys and ball throwing are not permitted in the main pool. For our youngest residents, the Children’s Wading Pool provides a designated area where recreational water play and toys can be enjoyed. Children should always remain properly supervised, with play kept considerate of those around them.
Food and beverages should never be consumed inside the pool, and glassware is not permitted anywhere on the pool deck or throughout the amenities. These guidelines help protect residents and guests while keeping our shared spaces clean and safe.
A Little Poolside Courtesy Goes a Long Way
Lounge chair covers are required when using our lounge chairs, and all towels and linens should remain within the amenities and be returned to the appropriate collection areas after use.
We certainly want residents to enjoy a poolside snack. Light, non-messy options such as fruit, nuts and seeds may be enjoyed responsibly from your lounge chair. Foods more likely to spill or stain—including salads, bowls, açaí and similar items—should be enjoyed at the blue tables or cabana areas instead.
We also ask that lounge chairs, tables and other furniture remain in place. If you would like to adjust your setup or move something, simply speak with an Amenities Attendant first. When an adjustment can be safely accommodated, our team will be happy to assist.
We’re Here to Help
Hospitality at Paraiso is about much more than maintaining our amenities or enforcing rules. We want residents and their guests to feel welcomed, comfortable and cared for every time they visit.
Our Amenities Attendants are available to help with seating arrangements, towels, amenity guidance, questions and other reasonable requests. If you are ever unsure about a rule or need assistance, please ask.
Ultimately, great shared spaces depend on great neighbors. A little consideration for the people around us helps ensure that our pool remains what it is meant to be: a safe, relaxing and enjoyable place for everyone at Paraiso.
