SEPTEMBER PROPERTY ENHANCEMENTS
Keeping Paraiso at Its Best: Improvements Around the Property
Maintaining a property like Paraiso is about much more than responding when something needs to be repaired. It’s an ongoing process of caring for our shared spaces, refreshing the details and addressing wear before it becomes a larger issue.
Over the past month, our team has continued that work throughout the property, with improvements ranging from our tennis courts and Business Lounge to Receiving and the spa. Some changes are immediately noticeable, while others happen behind the scenes, but they all contribute to keeping Paraiso beautiful, comfortable and well maintained.
A Fresh Start for Our Tennis Courts
Our tennis courts recently received a thorough pressure washing as part of their regular upkeep.
Outdoor recreational spaces are constantly exposed to South Florida weather, moisture and everyday use. Over time, dirt and buildup can change the appearance of the courts and surrounding surfaces. Routine cleaning helps us stay ahead of that wear while keeping one of our most popular amenities looking fresh and inviting.
It may seem like a simple improvement, but consistent preventative maintenance is an important part of protecting the spaces residents use every day. Whether you’re joining one of our tennis programs or heading out for a match with a neighbor, we want the experience to begin with a court that feels cared for.
The Details Matter: Business Lounge Refresh
The Business Lounge also received fresh paint touch-ups this month, along with the installation of a new thermostat.
Painting and touch-ups are something our team addresses routinely throughout the property. Walls, doors and common areas naturally show signs of everyday traffic, particularly in spaces used frequently by residents.
Rather than waiting for those signs of wear to become significant, we continuously identify areas that can benefit from a refresh. It’s part of our approach to keeping the property looking polished year-round.
The new thermostat is another small but important upgrade, helping maintain a comfortable environment whether residents are working remotely, taking a meeting or simply using the lounge.
A Noticeable Upgrade in Receiving
Residents may also notice a significant change in our Receiving area, where the windows have been replaced.
Receiving is a hardworking part of the property and an area that residents and team members interact with every day. While it may not be an amenity in the traditional sense, maintaining these operational spaces is just as important as caring for our pools, lounges and recreational areas.
The new windows provide a cleaner, more updated appearance and are a great example of how targeted improvements can make a meaningful visual difference. Be sure to check out our before-and-after photos to see the transformation.

Behind the Scenes at the Spa
Not every property improvement comes with a dramatic before-and-after photo.
Maintenance was recently completed on the Spa A/C system, which is now cooling properly. The Jacuzzi temperature was also adjusted and recalibrated after the A/C issue had affected its temperature readings.
These are exactly the kinds of behind-the-scenes projects our maintenance team handles regularly. Mechanical systems require ongoing monitoring and adjustments to keep amenities operating as intended, and identifying and correcting issues early helps us maintain a more consistent experience for residents.
An Ongoing Commitment to Our Community
There is no single project that keeps a property looking its best. It’s the combination of larger improvements, preventative maintenance and attention to the small details.
A freshly pressure-washed tennis court, a touched-up wall, a new window or a properly calibrated Jacuzzi may each seem like individual projects, but together they reflect something bigger: the ongoing care of the community we all call home.
Our management and maintenance teams will continue identifying opportunities to refresh, repair and improve spaces throughout Paraiso. Because maintaining our community isn’t something we do once. It’s something we work on every day.
