At Paraiso Bay, we are constantly investing in improvements that enhance both the resident experience and the long-term value of our community. From welcoming new leadership to implementing important security upgrades, several exciting initiatives are now underway.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Laura Garcia as the new General Manager of Paraiso Bay. Laura is no stranger to the Paraiso District, having served as Junior Manager at Paraiso Bayviews since 2023, where she consistently demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and a strong commitment to residents and the community. In her new role, Laura will oversee daily operations, continue advancing key initiatives, and support the ongoing success of the property while maintaining the high standards of service and resident experience that define Paraiso Bay. Please join us in warmly welcoming Laura as she begins this exciting new chapter with our community.

One of the most significant projects currently in progress is the installation of security cameras along the catwalks, which is expected to be completed by the end of June. This enhancement will provide additional visibility throughout the building and further strengthen the safety of residents and staff.

Complementing this project is the re-keying of all service doors throughout the property. Together with the new camera system, these upgrades will improve overall building security while also allowing package deliveries to be made more efficiently through the catwalks, streamlining operations without compromising resident safety.

Residents may also notice that the mailroom and second-floor elevator landing floors have recently been professionally polished, restoring their appearance and helping maintain the elegant finishes throughout the building. These enhancements are part of our ongoing commitment to preserving the quality and presentation of our shared spaces.

Finally, we are pleased to announce that storage cages are now available for purchase exclusively for Paraiso Bay residents. These additional storage options provide a convenient solution for seasonal items, sports equipment, and personal belongings. Residents interested in purchasing a storage cage are encouraged to contact the Management Office for pricing and availability.
